Job Summary

We are looking for a Commodity Engineer responsible for supporting product development, manufacturing technologies, and engineering improvement projects in the automotive industry. The role focuses on component development, supplier coordination, technical documentation, process optimization, and implementation of engineering standards.

Job Description

Develop and maintain technical knowledge related to product development and manufacturing processes.
Participate in product development projects and support component concept development.
Coordinate engineering tasks within individual projects and programs.
Participate in FMEA activities and risk analysis processes.
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation.
Support tooling suppliers with technical requirements and solutions.
Develop and improve production standards and engineering procedures.
Perform pre-development studies and technical investigations.
Support plastic component development and injection molding projects.
Analyze manufacturing processes and suggest technical improvements.
Cooperate with cross-functional engineering teams.
