Reinforcing Steel Worker

The Reinforcing Steel Worker is responsible for preparing, cutting, bending, assembling, and installing reinforcing steel used in concrete structures. The worker ensures that reinforcement elements are correctly positioned according to technical drawings and construction requirements.

Preparing reinforcing steel materials; measuring, cutting, and bending steel bars according to specifications; assembling reinforcement cages and structures; positioning and fixing reinforcing steel before concrete pouring; securing reinforcement using binding wire and appropriate tools; checking dimensions and positioning of reinforcement elements; assisting with concrete structure preparation; handling and transporting construction materials; using hand tools and equipment safely and correctly; maintaining the work area and tools in good condition; following technical drawings, work instructions, and construction requirements; complying with occupational health and safety regulations; wearing the required protective equipment; cooperating with other construction workers; performing other specific tasks related to the position.
